We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights on B&B basis in February. The hotel was clean but in our opinion was more of a 4 than 5 star. Breakfast was excellent. The room on this website stated it had coffee/tea facilities but the hotel said this wasn`t included in the room rate. I also needed a sewing kit for a minor repair but the hotel didn`t have one. The toiletries were not Bulgari and very limited. The location is very poor and unless you want to sit on the beach all day or have a car you are stuck. The access to Puerto Banus is a difficult 15 minute walk along the beach which in the winter is very lonly and dark. The other option is to walk along the busy road which in Feb was like a motoway so who knows how dangerous it must be in the busy periods. Unless you have a car I wouldn`t recommend it here if you have children. The hotel shuttle bus to its sister hotel in Marbella is a very good service but be aware if you plan to use it to see the town it is quite a walk from the centre.- 11-Feb-2008 Excellent service, some very friendly staff. Staff worked all hours all weekend, felt sorry for them! We were upgraded to a suite for free overlooking the sea, excellent value for money! - 06-Feb-2008 Excellant hotel we will stay again. The only small point I would make would be if they could could time you about the facilities - I did not know what they had on offer until I spoke to a fellow guest.- 15-Jan-2008 |
