Second time we've stayed in this hotel, perferct for whatever you want to do; shopping, sightseeing or just wandering around darling harbour, prefectly situated, and the hotel itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated and rooms are stylish, clean and tidy. - 22-May-2008 We LOVE The Grace! Close to everything for shopping in the city.
Beds are great and the staff efficient. Only problem on this stay was confusion regarding a 12 year old child - booking stated free accommodation 0-12 years, but did NOT say only applies on existing bedding, so of course we had to pay extra. Front Office management did not even offer a free breakfast to compensate, which would have been good business practice in our opinion. Can recommend the hotel for singles or couples, but for our next annual trip to Sydney will look for somewhere that gives 100% of what's advertised. Other than that, it's fine.- 14-May-2008 Service is excellent but the hotel is old, rooms run down (particularly bathroom's) - 15-Nov-2007 |
