 This hotel is in the middle of Xiamen which is a totally redeveloped area and very young and bright, but older establishments like this one and eating shops just down the lane remain (goose and noodles - excellent food and value) , The rooms are exremely basic and very tired and the bed was as hard as a rock and the room was noisy (white noise). But at the price in the middle of a vibrant area with walking distance of Xiamen station, Long Shan (superb) and CKS memorial hall I'd definately stay there again).,
Follow the hotel map - but as you cross over the small lanes and feel unsure of where you are turn around and you'll see the lane numbers. You only see them if you're walking in the oposite direction!- 12-Oct-2009 Good location close to shops and MRT. - 02-Aug-2009 It's 3minutes walk from Ximen station - very convenient.
Hotel rate is rather costly but it's ok since it has a fantastic location.
