 I appreciated the efficient and friendly reception desk. My room was very comfortable and well shielded from the noise on the very busy street running along the hotel entrance. The one negative was the restaurant staff. They were snobish, and seemingly trained to be very pushy in pressing diners to order a lot of over-priced menu items. - 10-Jul-2007 One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Were upgraded twice upon arrival, to a huge suite, service was flawless throughout and consequently we extended our stay for an additional night. Though we were unable to remain in the same room, staff ensured that our new room was just as spacious and luxurious. Will definately be returning in the near future.
