 I'd recommend the hotel for non fussy travelers who want a quiet but safe area for a short stay. Westbahnhof station is quite near by about 10min walk and convenient. Pillows are thin but you may request for more pillows. My family were very pleased with the service; very helpful and friendly staff who helped us with booking and info. They were most kind to pack a lunchbox upon request for an early day tour we had. - 15-Jun-2009 A good option for somebody who want to stay near Mariahilferstrasse.- 05-Feb-2009 This is certainly not a 3-star hotel. The bed we had was terrible hard. We had to ask extra blankets which we placed above the bed, so we could sleep on the blankets.
We had a room on the first floor and on the street side, it was quite noisy early in the morning.
The employees were very helpful though, some of them speaks english well.
