 The hotel was quiet run-down and neither the swimming pool nor the top floor bar war functioning. Needs a major re-furbishment.- 09-Jan-2009 Good Location close to center of city restaurants and local shops , the breakfast is not good , typical limited middle east variety, but hot food was cold , they do not light the warmers under the food containers, only of value as it was included in tariff. Rooms clean and all staff are very helpful .
Do not expect the luxury of the Movenpick or Intercon, which are further from the town centre . But as a base for travelling around the area , a good mid priced hotel .- 16-Nov-2007 There are very few hotels in Jordan that operate a non-smoking policy, this one had a policy for the rooms but did not enforce it of their staff or in the public areas. We had to request additional towels every day, despite checking in as a couple, they would only leave one. The cleaning was a bit suspect, but it was quiet - we didn't hear the mosque, unlike in Petra where it sounded like it was IN our room!- 19-Oct-2007 |
