 Food on my stay was very good, much more character than you would get at the more expensive (but rather bland) [H...] Hotel. You must, must, must ask for a refurbished room - these are good for the price, whereas the non refurbished are shoddy (they are renovating all rooms but as they need to close off the floors to do so, it's taking time). Good location, but most central Stirling hotels are. - 21-Jul-2008 I have to mark down only on location as the hotel car park is virtually impossible to locate due to pedestrianised areas, one way streets and sat navs that can't get you there. I ended up paying at the local NCP and walking.- 16-Jul-2008 This is an excellent hotel, clean, good food and the service was great; I couldn't fault anything about it. Located in the centre of town a five minute walk from the rail station and ten from the castle. If you are visitng Stirling this is the hotel to stay in. - 28-Oct-2007 |
