 The staff are extremely helpful and friendly which was a nice change from Rome. The hotel is located in an upscale residential neighbourhood about 5 minutes from the beach. There are hotels closer to the beach but the Guisy was a quiet spot away from the busy SS1. I would recommend it.- 19-Sep-2007 Even though the shower was small, the hotel and staff were excellent. The night receptionist was extremley polite and cheerful and always had a smile for everybody. The hotel had beautiful surroundings - ie the gardens were very relaxing and had very comfortable seating areas. The hotel was very clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable.
