I was surprised at the very small size of the "standard" room which had only the very bare minimum and nearly no place to move around. The wall paper in the bathroom showed flaws where evidently a cabinet was formerly installed but the holes from it were never covered up. Also the vinyl covering on the window sill was peeling off.
The hotel itself is beautiful - I just wasn't probably given one of the better rooms since I stayed by myself. Also I was informed by the bell man, once I was in my room, that the "standard" room would not come with the promised (on the phone when I called) refrigerator and microwave oven.- 11-Oct-2007 |
