Prime central location, recent refurbishment efforts, charming hotel character

Noise from renovations could have been communicated better!!! Bathroom cleanliness was lacking, with hair reported!!! Also, slow drainage made hygiene routines frustrating!!! The décor feels outdated, needing a refreshing update!!!

The staff were always very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice with wonderful coffee! The location is perfect to walk to exhibits, close to pubs and restaurants.

Some carpets seemed a bit worn and the room decor could use a refreshing update.

I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the towels, which had noticeable makeup stains, indicating a lack of proper cleaning. The breakfast offerings were poorly labeled, and I was shocked to find we were charged €30 for subpar options like beans and toast, far from worth it. The noise level was unbearable at night, as I could hear everything from the adjacent rooms and the main hallway, making sleep nearly impossible.

the location is ideal. just a stroll from christ church and temple bar. the staff were attentive, providing helpful service throughout my stay, and the adjoining bar offered delightful breakfasts and great value.

I had an awesome time with friends! We loved the prime location and found the staff super helpful. The nearby Gallery of Photography and Irish Film Institute were just a short walk away. The room was cozy, and the bar offered yummy drinks, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

However, the lack of air conditioning was a downside, especially on the higher floors. We found it quite warm, and keeping the window open brought in some unwanted bugs, which interrupted our sleep a few times.
