 Nice hotel in a good area. Clean and charming room, although very small. The receptionist did surprisingly not know hot to get to Gatwick airport, but found out eventually although it took lonk time because she was answering the phone while serving me.- 20-Aug-2008 Friendly hotel, nice English old fashion style and good location if you like South Kensington. - 27-Feb-2007 Small room (typical in London), excelent locacion and charm environment.
