 Too expensive for the kind of service. What bothers me the most was the staff that were eager for a tip at any time!! In addition, since I booked through the interent seems that they treat me as an economy class guest. Honestly no value for the money.... In today's world, there is no excuse not to have high-speed Internet connections in every room. If the Holiday Inn can do it - for free! - this hotel should be able to do so, also.
My bill had charges on it that I did not incur. The same thing happened to 2 others that I know. At the prices charged at this hotel, there is no reason to try and sneak in extra billing.
I chose not to return to this hotel on my next trip to Mexico the week following my stay.- 17-Oct-2006 Very pleasant and comfortable hotel in a location that is good for eating and drinking out and a short walk from the excellent Metro service for exploring the rest of the city.
