Location
Located in the middle of Colombo, overlooking the ocean harbour, Galadari Hotel Colombo is placed just a 45 minutes drive from the International Airport and one mile away from the Central Railway Station.
Rooms
The hotel features comfortable guestrooms that are well furnished and come with a host of modern amenities. Specially adapted rooms for the disabled guests are also available for your convenience.
Restaurant
There is an excellent choice of restaurants offering various International Cuisines. A roof-top restaurant with views of the Indian Ocean, a lobby bar, a pastry shop and a 24-hour cafe are also available for you to feast on.
General
The hotel has a well equipped gymnasium, with Sauna and steam and an open-air fresh water pool. Floodlit tennis courts, games room and a large TV screen to show all major sports events are also available onsite.
 We found this hotel to be comfortable, clean and very well situated with efficient and very helpful staff. It suited us extremely well as an overnight stay prior to catching a flight and I would try to stay there again if visiting Colombo. It would not be an ideal choice for some-one wanting 'authentic' Sri Lanka.- 14-Dec-2007 It's not perfect, but I've also seen much worse, among hotels that claim a five-star rating.
