 We arrived at Furama to welcome drinks and the news that our booking had been cancelled by our booking agent with no explanation to us. The staff at Furama were extremely helpful in a difficult situation. Providing overseas telephone assistance and use of their internet service to clarify and rebook our accomodation. We were upgraded to a suite and enjoyed a wonderful stay at Furama. - 20-Apr-2009 The breadfast is very good. The air-conditionner is a little noisy.(#1004 room)
generally,this hotel is worth re-visiting.- 07-Feb-2009 I really enjoyed my stay at the Unico Grande Sathorn. I liked that it was located on a soi and not a main road - it was quiet and I got to experience soi life, which in the many trips I've made to Thailand, I never got to see much of (I never went down sois if I didn't have to). My only complaint was about my room, in which the air-con was noisy and the shower seemed to either be too hot or too cold, but I could never get it to be just warm. I should have complained and asked to be switched to another room. I got to see another room through another guest I befriended and found that not all of the air-conditioners are as noisy as the one in my room was. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was terrific, breakfast was great, location was very convenient and the massage place on site was a really nice touch.- 03-Apr-2008 |
