 I stayed there during the F1 weekend in late September. Overall, very pleasant stay. Staff at the front desk very helpful, although very busy as was to be expected. Very convenient location, a few minutes walk to Boat Quay anmd the Clark Quay station. The only minus was the small rooms, I was upgraded to a higher floor room, but the Deluxe rooms are like standard rooms in other hotels, about 20 sq. mt.- 05-Nov-2008 everything great except coffee shop service - poor quality staff and lack of management in the coffee shop - you have to walk around and call waiters for service, for clearing plates, for the bill, while they stand around chatting to each other - but great hotel, front desk, porter and doorman staff, and great location - i will stay there again - 28-Aug-2008 Mid-range hotel for Singapore.
