A well-equipped conference room is also available for people travelling on business trips. During leisure, you can take a bracing dip in the heated swimming pool or revitalize your senses in the solarium.
 This hotel is in a good location on a main street close to many shops and restaurants. Our room was not modernised but was fine. The shower didn't drain properly and the pan filled up quickly which meant there was about 1 minute to shower and hop out before it overflowed. Breakfast was decent for Italy but not fabulous and the coffee was subpar. My big complaint with this hotel was the main front desk staff. The man who works the day shift is rude and arrogant. When we arrived I asked about parking and he just waved towards the street and said to find parking on our own. So we found a spot and paid the metre (2 euros/hour) for the full day. Later we found out that the hotel issues "biglietti giornalieri" for 6 euros that allow you to park on the street all day. The hotel has its own car park and he specifically told me it didn't. Perhaps it was full but he could have indicated that. His whole attitude was condescending . Other staff seemed friendly and helpful.- 09-Oct-2007 This was an absolutely gorgeous hotel to stay in, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The location was superb, and our whole stay was thoroughly enjoyable. My 2 complaints were that I could not access an iron, even though I was staying for 5 nights, and the hot buffet breakfast was misleading, as the only "Hot" item was scrambled eggs. - 17-Aug-2007 |
