 We hadnt been to the city for 10years. The hotel was fantastic, great location. View terrific. Room service/Food very nice. Thankyou for making our stay a special one. We will stay again.- 20-Mar-2008 Room 666 was perhaps an omen..... The Hotel promises a lot and doesn't really deliver. The public areas of the Hotel are good, however the charge for parking of $35 was excessive, the room was small and the Harbour view wasn't at all as we had expected - the view was of the roof of the Sydney Aquarium. Certainly not worth the premium.- 21-Dec-2007 The staff at the Sheraton where absolutely fantastic, the check in/out staff, bell boy & concierge provided excellent service, I totally recommend the hotel as a place to stay purely based on the people!
