 Nice hotel - location not great for what we wanted but would be good for general sightseeing/tourist.
Staff generally very helpful and pleasent.
Toilets blocked in both rooms which we had booked - this seems to be a common problem of this hotel - they were fixed very efficiently but left a nasty 'drain' smell in the room.
Overall we prefered the Fitzpatrick Grand Central which we had previously stayed in.- 07-Oct-2009 Only one very slow lift working. Staff ok but not over friendly. Old hotel felt musty and a bit shabby. Overall way overpriced for the quality of accommodation and definitely would not recommend or stay again. - 04-Sep-2007 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Staff were very friendly and efficient.
Hotel is a little pricey considering no breakfast.
