 Pool area & sun-deck chairs are quite dirty. Staff should clean the chairs daily. We were woken up by many loud slamming of doors every morning. I wonder if it's door's fault or human's fault...Bedroom door has no pinhole to view ppl outside your room. The door has no latch/lock inside. It's not safe at all. Once a house-keeping staff opened our door while we were sleeping. I think he tries to knock our door and there were no answer from us. Lastly, I think most hotel guests feel the same abt the breakfast served at the Febri's - it really sucks.. It lack the variety of foods and the quality is bad too...I ate only 1 breakfast there out of my 4 days stay at the hotel. They should really try to improve on their breakfast. Their ala carte lunch & dinner all day menu is good & the prices are reasonable too. Also they should have a pool towel counter near the pool area and not at the hotel reception.- 02-May-2007 Very happy with the hotel as everything was clean but they could improve on their service as well as the breakfast... The housekeeping forgot to replace our mineral water & towels twice.
The breakfast was average as there was not much of variety & everything was self service. Even the coffee/tea, u have to take & refill on your own.- 30-Apr-2007 Amazing hotel!! Especially for the location, very good value for money spa located in the hotel with very professionaly trained therapists. It will be my first choice of place to stay in the Kuta area!
