 Very friendly and helpful staff who were able to assist with a variety of difficult requests (specific food items for our infant with allergies, extra cots etc.)
Great breakfast and dinner with views on the top floor restaurant. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds and in a central location with easy access to all the historic sites, shopping and transport.
The only negative is that on Fri & Saturday nights, if your room looks out on to the street (as ours did), it is very noisy until the early hours.- 06-Feb-2009 Great location and super helpful staff.
