 This is an independent hotel and very unique, with considerable care and personal attention having gone into its refurbishment. Its location could not be better, the staff are more than helpful and staying here is an experience which is hassle free, easy and pleasant. It's location puts The Farmer's Market for food and The Grove for shopping/entertainment within a minute's walk, and also within a very short walk is a major pharmacy, a supermarket, K MART and ROSS, a Discount Designer outlet. Fairfax Avenue puts all of Hollywood's landmarks a short drive away. Everything here is pretty well flawless.- 04-Jul-2009 This hotel really is quite the ticket and is now my favourite place to stay while in Los Angeles. It's not a luxurious hotel - and has no pretensions of being one either. Instead, it is homely, clean and one of the friendliest places I have come across. Everyone from the valets to the reception team, the cleaners to the bar staff in the restaurant, Tart, go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. - 09-Jul-2007 |
