First impressions were bad due to not being given the room I'd paid for and then having to argue with hotel staff. I was told they didn't have any of the rooms I'd paid for so they can't give me one. After telling them it wasn't good enough and asking for an upgrade, I was made to wait and then eventually told I could have the upgraded room at no extra charge. So it started bad but ended well. Both rooms I visited were excellent, spacious, clean with good facilities. TV was poor.
I would visit the hotel again and recommend it but make sure you get what you booked!- 23-Sep-2009 Was put into a room overlooking the car park. I complained and they put us into a room overlooking the falls. Can't complain about that.
Great location on the Canadian sidetoo boot.- 13-Mar-2008 Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. Winter in Niagara Falls was well worth the snowy drive back to Toronto. The hotel location is great! Much better than being down on the Falls View Blvd. You can catch the Casino Courtesy bus back and forth from the lower level to the hotel if you get tired of walking. You get the bus from the back of the Casino located steps away from the Sheraton on the Falls!- 06-Feb-2006 |
