An excellent hotel! However getting to and from the airport can be tricky because the hotel is not serviced by the airport express hotel shuttle bus and a taxi trip to the nearest airport express station costs 50HKD. If you are travelling light this is a fantastic hotel!- 10-Jan-2008 Location is very good, as it's right next to Times Square. Although furnishing is basic, the hotel is quite new and very clean. Counter staff are helpful. Taking the above into account, it's good value for the price.- 18-Jul-2007 (1)This hotel has an excellent location! In front of the lobby is the famous Time Square Shopping mall (Easier to tell the taxi driver the exact location of the hotel) which on top of the Causeway-Bay MTR entrance A. The view from the hotel room is ok, better than many others in Hong Kong.
(2)Because the hotel is new – cleanliness is excellent too. The cleaning lady is young & friendly.
(3)Service at the counter is very good, but not the café. Breakfast is included in the room package (or so called “free”), but when we visit the café for breakfast, we were treated like “Hey, its “free”, don’t expect me to service with smile!” Perhaps the staff is not in a mood that morning….
(4)Facilities? In such as excellent location, land price must be too high to put in extra facilities other than lobby, room, restaurants. The place is congested, narrow aisles. But I guess the room size is more important, with my wife & 2 kids below 11yr-old, we were given one double bed plus a double sofa-bed. - 21-Oct-2006 |
