Attended a concert at the nearby O2 arena and found the location of Holiday Inn Express to be incredibly convenient. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its proximity to the O2 and pleasant accommodations.

Its location was good once we found the quickest route to-and-from North Greenwich station for O2 stadium, which was very close to a metro station that got us in the city center in approximately 30 minutes. Also, the hotel was in a quiet area and offered basic amenities. The rooms were cleaned with housekeeping and had nice bathrooms, and the breakfast served in a relaxed atmosphere had warm fresh croissants with generous portions available.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were basic, but they had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed with a choice of pillows. The breakfast offered generous portions and even had options for vegans, which was a nice touch.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the fact that two complementary drinks were offered upon check-in. The hotel's location, close to the main attractions, was certainly a plus. the room had a great view that I enjoyed.

The heater in the room was not working properly. Despite trying to adjust the air con, the room never warmed up enough and I felt really cold throughout my stay.
