 I had a very bad experience when I was checking out of the hotel. I was accused of drinking bottled water from the mini bar which I did not. The receptionist had me write a letter assuring the hotel that I did not touch the mini bar. I feel that I should not be apologizing for the lapse of the housekeeping in the inventory of the items in the mini bar. When I was talking to my friend that I could not believed that this can happen to a five star hotel, the receptionist over heard me became very defensive. She started raising her voice and when I raised mine, she was driving me out of the hotel, at four in the morning, with temperature below zero.
