 We stayed 3 nights. Twice the breakfast was delayed! The staff didnīt arrive..?
On departureday we had to leave without breakfast - due to our schedule we couldnīt wait any longer for staff to arrive.
Unreliable and unacceptable bad service. Next time in London weīll just stay in one off the many other hotels i the same area.- 17-Feb-2008 Nice and clean room. Very small bathroom - but okay.
Friendly staff and very good location.- 23-Oct-2007 The hotel was in the process of re-fitting it's kitchen so breakfast was unavailable there. The management therefor gave me a voucher for breakfast at a local cafe. Smart. The room was small but well appointed. More than addiquate for the single traveller.
