 the hotel was very good apart from the building work at the end of the landing which coverd everthing in dust. My clothes were covered in carpet fibers which could not be brushed off.- 04-Feb-2006 A great location - in the middle of Belfast. I got a great rate that included an excellent breakfast. The staff are all friendly especially Frank in the Brasserie who has been there for years. A perfect place to entertain clients and the restaurant overlooks the hustle and bustle of Belfast City itself. Try a pint in the Crown Bar accross the road and for quick food there is an excellent pizza takeaway to the left hand side of the Crown. I stupidly left a mobile phone in my room and the staff have been very efficient in making sure it is sent back safely. The hotel represents good value and is in a location that won't disappoint.- 24-Jan-2005 When I arrived at hotel staff were very welcoming making you feel at ease..Throughout the time staying at the hotel all staff that I was in contact with were very helpful and friendly.
