 Stayed at the Equatorial March 2007 but was quit disappointed with the room allocated even though I booked deluxe. The room could REALLY need an new coat of paint and half the sockets didn't work and some were hanging out from the wall. The hotel has huge potential but need some money put into it. Though the room was a good size and the staff helpful. - 26-Mar-2007 The hotel is spectacularly positioned with 360 degree views. Comfortable and clean rooms. We experienced a problem with a lack of hot water, which was fixed late at night. Highly recommend the bar restaurant - 5 course meal for RM80 of unbelievable quality with exceptional service - the chef is a man of great talent! Sadly the chinese restaurant was very disappointing, with extremely poor service.
