 The hotel has different standards for rooms...was glad to receive an upgrade this time which meant a very nice room, very comfortable and light!- 07-Sep-2005 It appears the hotel is still being remodelled. Initially the room we were given had 2 single beds, and hadn''t been updated. I asked for another room, and we were given a nice room in short order. Room was a little small, but no hassles, and immediate attention to any requests. I would definitely stay there again. Unlike some other hotels I have stayed at in Hong Kong, the service was really good!!! - 07-Sep-2005 The hotel is ideally situated in the Wan Chai area of Hong Kong for the varied night life on Lockhart Road. All the bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance. It is also within a reasonable distance of the ferry terminals to Kowloon.
You can easily get to the hotel from the airport by taking the train to Hong Kong Station and using the free hotel shuttle bus service. - 07-Sep-2005 |
