Centrally located, the Emperor Hotel is close to the casinos, nightclubs and shopping area. This hotel is only 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal and 15-minute drive from the Macau International Airport.

This hotel offers well-appointed accommodation units that have been elegantly furnished with an array of in-room amenities to satisfy the needs of discerning travellers.
Restaurant
The coffee shop offers a wide choice of international, Oriental and Portuguese favourites for you to enjoy. Guests can also dine at the beautifully appointed dining hall, which serves the best Cantonese cuisine.
General
This property offers well-equipped meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 300 guests for organising various important events. Guests can avail the services of photocopying, currency exchange, fax as well as safe deposit box.
 The location is near the reputed Wynn and StarWorld Hotel. However, the beds are really stiff.. I didn't ell rested at all in the morning cos it really was uncomfortable. It felt as if I was sleeping on a tatami mat rather than a mattress! They don't provide complimentary tea or coffee or sugar, though they do have a kettle in the room.
They share a shuttle service to the hotel from the ferry terminal but it is rather hard to find cos it is shared with a few other hotels. I spent about half an hour trying to locate the shuttle and at least 10 minutes on the phone with the staff.
Staff, though friendly, do not speak English well enough to understand questions or requests. This makes it quite stressful.- 10-Sep-2007 Service, location and cleanliness is very good. However the doors of the hotel rooms need some serious upgrading. Sound of conversation and doors closing can be heard coming from the hallway long past midnight. - 07-Sep-2005 Hotel disguises itself with a very nice and modern renovated lobby. However, having entered the rooms, the result was highly disappointing after the nice entrance. No King size bed was available in the hotel for superior rooms. The Double Bed was a queen for couples sharing the bed. For Twin rooms, the 2 beds were small single beds with not much space.
Having stayed at another hotel then coming over to Emperor, the result was really disappointing. The other hotel allows 4 adults to comfortably reside in their Twin superior room with 2 near Queen size beds.
Location however for Emperor was excellent which is located practically arounfd the corner from Holiday.
Will not classify this hotel as 4 star due to the disappointing Room. - 07-Sep-2005 |
