Overall I felt the service of this hotel was good. However, the weekend we stayed the fire alarm was set off at 4.00am Sunday morning. On sunday no one offered an explaination or an apology for this incident until I enquired about it on Sunday evening. The General Manager explained in detail how it wasn't the hotels fault, how a comapinion of other guests that set the alarm off, they had it on security tape, how much it had cost the hotel and how they had recovered their cost and again how it wasn't their fault. A simple "SORRY for the broken night sleep" would have gone a lot further. - 27-Oct-2006 |
