 In general, the hotel is nice, if you manage to get a good rate. The room is not very new, but very comfortable. It is a quiet hotel, and the location is very good. Central, and a good neighbourhood. Staff and service is polite. Overall, a good experience.- 30-May-2006 The rooms in the hotel were too hot and stuffy and unable to adjust room temperature, we needed a fan to breathe.- 07-Sep-2005 This hotel is a 10 minute walk from the subway and a 30 minute walk from COEX but the taxi fare is cheap. For the area, this hotel gives good value for the money. The hotel staff were quite fluent in English and extremely helpful. We had a problem with our room being too hot (December). They were unable to get the thermostat to adjust for us and the windows are completely sealed. You cannot open even a small one for ventilation. However, we were transferred to another room and everything was just fine. The room itself was the usual good clean but as in most hotels of this calibre you must take your own toiletries like shampoo and toothpaste or pay exhorbitant prices for the convenience of items in the mini bar.
