 I stayed here with my girlfriend on the last week of October 2008. The hotel is excellently located - it overlooks the sea and is about a 10 minute stroll from the town center. The hotel was spotless. The staff were also superb and very helpful and friendly! I chose the hotel based on reviews I read and I can now see why. Highly recommended.- 03-Nov-2008 nice clean hotel- 12-Oct-2008 El Balear has a beautiful location on the sea front, so that you can watch the waves as you eat your breakfast, while also only being a five-minute walk along a pleasant promenade from the old town of Alghero. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean, if a little basic, with a pleasant balcony. The only drawback is that there are no facilities like a swimming pool or leisure activities and so is probably not suitable for people with children.- 11-Oct-2007 |
