 This is my second stay at El Balcon Arequipa, and also my second review for HotelClub. I love this hotel and the staff. They all are very accommodating and genuinely happy to take care of any and all of your needs. Most of the staff are also bilingual (spanish & english). The rooms are very cozy with comfortable beds, mini-fridge, cable TV and always hot water for your shower. A very friendly atmosphere inside and beautiful gardens outside within the gates to enjoy lunch or dinner or just relaxing. For the price you'll pay for your room you will be very surprised with the comfort and quality. I will stay only at El Balcon anytime I travel to Arequipa and I highly recommend them for all. - 09-Apr-2008 El Balcon was a wonderful surprise on my trip to Arequipa. A tranquil and beautiful place to stay and still only a 5 minute taxi ride away from Plaza De Armas. The service was fantastic and the hotel employees were the best.
