 The hotel was fine - bit of a cramped room, clean but unremarkable - quite a good location well serviced by public transport. The front desk staff were not very helpful- they seemed to think that this was a much grander hotel than it is in reality. It is a bit faded and average - not a grand hotel. - 28-Dec-2007 At first the room at the Hotel Eduardo VII looked so-so, but after settling in, my husband and I found the room to have everything we needed for our 5-day trip, and especially liked the bathroom. Expect a hard bed. The view is not great, but we were out of there and walking in all directions. Even the drizzle did not bother us. The subway is a block away and we took advantage of this. The surprise: walking uphill! Eat all you want, because you will walk it off.- 07-Dec-2004 Enjoying staying their as the hotel provided with english speaking programme.
