 I appreciated the mini-fridge and microwave in the room at no extra charge. The front desk and cleaning personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. When I called I received clear, easy directions. No odd smells, although I found a safety seal (clear plastic from a bottle of pills, I believe) on the carpet by my bed, so I know the vacuuming is not always thorough.
