 We had a very comfortable weekend at the hotel with family, with very helpful staff. The only problem was the temperature in the room during the night, it kept going from too hot to too cold, which didnt make for a good night's sleep.- 02-Sep-2008 It is on quite a steep hill but as long as you are fit, it is only a 5 minute walk downhill to Queen Street and Aotea Square. All the staff were very helpful and polite. My only disappointment was that the hotel bar did not have a great choice of drinks and closed on the dot of 11pm.- 20-May-2008 I was pleased when I asked for a check-in time of 12midday and the hotel was able to accommodate my request.
I was surprised the hotel was 5 star - the room definitely needs refreshing. I was disappointed that there was only one bath towel in the room when I had booked for two people.- 01-Apr-2008 |
