I tried to find how to change the computer from Czech to English without success, and in the end gave up. Other guests experienced the same problem. It was an expensive exercise, very frustrating, and the receptionist wasn't the slightest bit interested, said it wasn't the hotel's problem, but an international hotel which advertises internet access should make sure this service is available for all guests, especially with the technology that is available today.
The location of the hotel is a long way from the city. However it was easily accessible by public transport, by taking the metro then the bus with the journey taking about 40 mins. - 12-Aug-2007 |
