Extremely helpfull stuff & speaking very good English. I've asked for help with arranging FedEx delivery to the hotel before my arrival & got awesome support & assistance. Location is very good - close to 2 metro stations. Champs-Elysees & other atractions are within walking distance. Pricing is very reasonable. Definitely would recommend & will definitely check this hotel for my future trips to Paris.- 03-Jun-2008 During our stay here a couple of small problems cropped up (eg tap in wash basin was faulty, no pillowcase provided for one pillow). Although we reported them, nothing was done to resolve the issues. Only small problems though, overall the hotel was comfortable and charming in decor, the breakfast room and service was awesome and the staff friendly. The location was great, a short walk to shopping and a brisk walk to the heart of the city. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Paris.- 22-Oct-2007 I was in a room tucked away at the back of the hotel in the sub basement. The bath was filthy and there was a half used bar of soap left courtesy of the previous occupant. The room was dark and depressing. The only saving grace is that it is close to the magnificent shops, Galleries Lafyette and Printemp- 12-Oct-2007 |
