 This is a nice hotel with friendly people. It is out of the way though. You cannot get to any of the tourist areas (the Plaka, Syntagma Square) on foot. We did not use the bus service because we were short of time. Hailing a cab is out of the question as they are few and far between! If you ask the hotel to call a cab, be prepared to pay an additional 3 euros per trip. It cost us 10 euros to go to the Agora. Location is all right and it was clean. Maintenance was a problem as our shower had a tendency to flood. We had to turn off the shower to soap up or the bathroom would flood at the end of the shower. Informed reception of the problem, but they did not do anything about it. I think we will stay there again.- 28-Aug-2007 |
