Neli Jekova- 17-Sep-2009 We could not recommend this hotel. Despite having made a reservation for a triple room six months in advance, the person on reception thought it acceptable to put our five-year-old daughter in a separate room on her own at the other end of a long corridor. In the event, she slept with her mother. The matter was rectified the following morning, but we were then put in a room at the front of the hotel where there was very noisy traffic all night, plus a noisy nightclub until 4.30am.
On one occasion, after waiting 15 minutes in a queue at reception to get our room key, I felt justified in going into the staff only area to get the key myself.
The rooms are stuffy and the hotel needs airconditioning.
