 It is the first time we have stayed at the Don Carlos and we had an excellent time. The service was brilliant and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again and recommend it to our friends. Thank you.- 08-Oct-2006 The hotel is quite impressive from a structural stand point and has good access to the beach and Nikki beach (if that is of interest). However, the main issue is the food at the Don Carlos which leaves a lot to be desired. Whilst a buffet, the breakfast is sub standard and I believe it to be more like a canteen. Also, we had lunch which was a chicken burger and quite frankly it was uneatable. There could be more waiter service around the pool and a lot more snacks available.
