 Food and domestic drinks are enough and well prepared, entertainment is sufficiently provided, rooms are specious and clean but I have experienced problem with TV( no remote available even if you are willing to pay US$10 per day, programs 100% Spanish speaking),beach is nice but it is like a big swimming pool you have to pass at least 100m to reach depth above your head, good massage on the beach available and good to relax, not motorized activities well organized, tightened security also restricts bringing a friend to your room and even if you are willing to pay extra it depends on “evaluation” from the front desk counter weather your companion will be accepted or not.- 11-Jun-2008 The hotel manager is extremely unpolite. There was a problem with parking and they wanted that we left our new SUV on the street, with no security person watching it. The hotel manager threatened us that our SUV was going to be removed by a tow truck. The drinks were extremely light, seemed juice only without a drop of alcohol. The air condiotioning was out of order and I had to called a lot of times to get it repair. Two servicemen came, and at last, about 2:00 a.m., the second one got it barely working. They were out of remote controls for the TV set. It seemed they were extremely overbooked. I never will be back to this hotel.- 03-Apr-2008 is a very nice hotel right by the beach with excelent service and atentions. I planing on go back.- 16-Sep-2007 |
