 I was impressed by the staff and the friendliness of the staff as well. My only complaint was that I had 2 bottles of water in the room and their was nothing indicating that I would be charged for them. A couple days after returning home I noticed 8.74 charge on my credit card. I called and it was for the water! I was upset that they did not make it clear they were not complimentary. Other than this I would return again and again, but next time I will stay longer, and bring my own water.- 19-Aug-2009 The hotel is excellent: beautiful gardens, magnificent buildings, good rooms and comfortable beds. The only drawback I have encountered is the very slow check-in line.- 12-Aug-2009 The bed is very comfy and the ammenties are great. The room is a bit small but not a huge problem. The bathroom size is a good size for the room, but the design needs to be upgraded, such as the shower area. Overall, I would come back to stay.- 21-Jul-2009 |
