 Very nice hotel.Well worth the money.- 14-Feb-2009 The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is ideal for the Disney parks and the shuttle buses are very frequent and reliable. The swimming pool and hot tub were great. The restaurants were good. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the room however, the floor didn't look vacuumed, we found hair grips, bits of lego and rubbish on the floor. The mirrors had fingermarks all over them, the sinks and surrounding area had soap stuck to them. The tv cupboard had some kind of drink splash stains on it. If it had been clean the room would have been perfect. The view was great over the savannah, lots of animals and birds. We had a coffee maker in the room but no sugar, spoons or creamer, just sachets of coffee and 2 tea bags. Expected more from Disney as it isn't cheap to stay here but other hotels we have stayed in have been cheaper and far cleaner with better provisions in the rooms.- 26-Nov-2008 |
