 I stayed her for 4 nights in september 2007.
The hotel is in a good location and looks fine.
Breakfast is superb! Service is good as well.
Rooms are average but clean. The hotel is next to a shopping center, where you'll find some pleaces to eat. In the street in front of the hotel you'll find some other restaurants and bars. Also there's a small supermarket accross the street.
The hotel does not have an actual beach. They're creating one right no, but so I've read they are creating it for a few months allready and besides the shovels that move on the beach I couldn't see any progress.
The exchange rate the hotel uses is a bit too high. The price you'll book will be in USD. They use an exchange rate of 9600 IRD for 1 USD. Check the internet for the actual rate, it will be a lot less.
They use the rate if you want to pay cash in IRD or by credit card. You can also pay cash in USD.
