Guest Reviews

A couple of the reception desk staff could have been better trained in regard to dealing with guests' questions. Extra powerpoints in the rooms would have been useful. One of the elevators seemed to be in need of repair and the hotel could do with a review of their signage. To be fair, I am being a bit picky and overall we had an enjoyable stay.

The hotel was centrally located. The spa was the best and the service was excellent with friendly staff. I would certainly recommend it to anyone considering staying here.
