The property is slightly set back from the street and features a quiet little courtyard. You will be welcome into a familial setting, where sobriety is the keyword. The hotel staff is always at your disposal, in order to ensure you a relaxing stay in Paris. An Internet point with high-speed connection is available at the reception.

 We had a very quiet room in the back of the hotel (nice sleeping). The hotel is very good located - close to 2 metro stations (also easy to walk to the centre), 2 supermarkets "just around the corner". Very friendly stuff (speaking a bit of English). We were very satisfied. - 27-May-2008 Paper thin walls meant that we heard everyone in the hotel having a shower - The cleaning lady was also very early with the hoover in the mornings! Nothing that ear plugs can't fix though.
Our friends who were staying in the same hotel booked a double room and ended up with a triple which wasn't the best.- 22-Nov-2006 The hotel is simple but has everything you would need for your time in Paris.
It isn't right in the 'touristy' part of Paris, but that doesn't matter as the Metro is outstandingly good. A line runs within 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel, from here you can access all of Paris. Eiffel Tower (10 mins) Sacre Coure (2 mins) Notre-Dame (10 mins).
The area has many many bars, restaurants and cafes, it really comes alive at night. We found the prices were really expensive for drinks at bars, for example 2 bottles of Corona cost 15 euros!!
We found a great restaurant called Spartacus, on Boulevard Batignolles. it's on the left hand side as you walk up the street which the hotel is on.
The boulangerie accross the way from the hotel is great as well they're great for baguettes. The one down the street on the same side as the hotel is better for cakes etc... good for breakfast!!
