 I stayed in this hotel, with my family, for a weekend break. We found our triple room to be spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of the town but close enough to walk to both town and railway station. There is also a local high street in Hoole which is within easy walking distance.
I would recommend this hotel.- 22-Aug-2007 The hotel is in an excellent location for the city. The rooms were good and clean. The service by most staff was very good but there was one member of staff who was quite offhand and looked down her nose at us a bit. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend the hotel to others.- 07-Jun-2007 One of the twin beds was old/uncomfortable (you could feel the round shape of every spring). The manager changed it after we complained.
The hotel reception were very helpful.
