 Hotel was fine, staff friendly and helpful. Hotel had a pub attached originally so it was not a problem it was a bit far out, unfortunately this was closed down. Not much around and about, but taxis were cheap and quick to get you into main town.- 08-May-2009 A welcoming hotel with good service and cleanliness, however, unfortunately none of the leisure facilities was available. The pool, sauna, gym etc were shut which did not make too much of a difference to our enjoyment but it would have been nice to know in advance that they were shut. Overall a most enjoyable stay!- 07-May-2009 Staff could not have been more helpful. More than walking distance from centre but taxis only about £3-£5 so not a problem.
Food was very good and overall exceptional value for money.
Don't be persuaded by the swimming pool, it was closed.
Rooms good including mini bars and wood furniture.
